ShopHero now has the ability for shoppers to easily tip grocery pickers, and drivers for delivery. Prior to placing your order, a default tip will be selected. The user can change the amount or enter a custom amount. As you can see below, the tip is optional, but if chosen is calculated in the final price. The split for the picker and driver will be automatically calculated on the backend upon checkout.
TIPS REPORTING TOOL:
Within the Admin panel, there is a new Tips Report setting, where stores can go into their recent orders with tips and see the total amount and who the picker was for that order. The Store tip column will show the name, but it's the store's preference for how they will distribute the tip among workers.
